Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. We’re excited to share our latest update, a year in the making. We’re releasing highfive - our platform that makes recruiting the right talent simple, quick, and extremely human.

A Journey from Slackbot to highfive

Our journey began last summer with the creation of a recruitment Slackbot called Sherlock Jobs. This handy tool worked wonders, making the recruitment process smoother and more interactive. However, as much as we loved our Slackbot, we quickly realized its limitations. It could only take us so far, and customers were eager for a more comprehensive solution.

The Birth of highfive

We set out to rethink how outbound recruiting actually happens - the micro interactions between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, and how most processes haven’t changed for more than 10 years. We had the pleasure of working closely with 20 companies from across the world who shed light on their experience - and pain - recruiting. The culmination of this collaborative design process: highfive.

As of today, highfive is here. And we hope it makes recruiting joyful. Here’s what you can expect:

• Profile-based Search: Conduct similarity searches based on target candidate profiles.
• Dismissed Reasons: Dismiss candidates and provide feedback - highfive learns why you’re rejecting certain candidates and improves your search in real-time.
• Personalized Outreach: Reach out to candidates via LinkedIn InMail, WhatsApp, and email. Create personalized messages with 1 click.
• Team Collaboration: Share your shortlist with team members, allowing them to review and discuss candidates in platform.
